Oscar Penalva

I'm Oscar. I've spent six years in specialty coffee as a barista, roaster, account manager and in operations. I've seen up close which cafés opened with clear numbers and which didn't. CaffeOS Build is the tool I wish I could have given everyone who asked me what it costs to open a café.

When is the beta coming?

Very soon. Join the waitlist and you'll get an email as soon as it's ready.

What if I haven't found premises yet?

That's fine. Lots of people start while they're still looking. Build helps you see which premises you can afford before you sign anything.

Does it work if I'm opening outside Spain?

Yes. CaffeOS starts in Spain and the rest of Europe, and cost ranges (rent, fit-out, equipment) will be adjusted for each country over time.

Is this a course or consultancy?

No. It's software: you enter your project's data and see your numbers. No recorded videos, no generic templates.

What happens to my data?

It's only used to contact you about the beta. It isn't shared with brands or suppliers.
